Carburizing, Carbo-Nitriding & Through Hardening
	We can process up to 18,000 lb. per day for Carburizing and Carbo-Nitriding upto 27” Vertically, 50” Horizontally We can process up to 22,000 lb. per day for Through Hardening upto 27” Vertically, 50” Horizontally We have recently installed a furnace, with Computerized Process Control that can store up to 100 recipes.
	Vacuum Heat Treating
	We can harden up to 10 bar pressure quench in vacuum. We also have vacuum annealing capability. We can handle upto 30” Vertically and 53” Horizontally
	Nitriding (Gas and Ion)
	We can handle lengths up to 96” vertically in nitriding.
	Normalizing Annealing
	Stress Relieving Up to a load size of 15,000 lbs. 96" X 48" X 48"
	Induction Hardening
	We have installed Induction Hardeing Machine of 10 KHz and 250 Kw capacities. Can scan parts upto 60 inch length and end harden upto 10 feet
	Metallurgical Laboratory
	We have a complete metallurgical laboratory which includes Cut-off, Mounting, Polishing, Etching. Metallographic examination with Photomicrographs, Rockwell, Rockwell superficial, Brinell Hardness Testing and Micro-hardness testing. We also have a Digital Rockwell Tester for precise readings.
