	HEAT TREATMENT OF CORE LIFTERS AND CORE CASES Heat Treating of Core Lifters and Core Lifter Cases is our Specialty (We have been heat treating these parts for over 11 years). We give our customers excellent Surface and Minimum Distortion on these very thin walled parts at affordable price and quick turnaround.
	INDUCTION HARDENING OF DRILL RODS We have been into Heat Treating of Drill Rod for the past 4 years (These Drill Rods In the form of tubes between 2.25” - 4” I.D. and 2.54”- 4.375” O.D.) the lengths of these Drill Rods is 10 Feet and they are Induction Hardening upto 12” each end. These are through hardened upto ¼ “ Wall thickness
	SPECIAL GAS NITRIDING PROCESS: FOR STAINLESS STEELS We have developed a special gaseous Nitriding process for stainless steels. The process makes the surface active before start of the actual Nitriding Process- thereby giving uniform case depth and hardness on surface of Stainless Steel parts. This gives excellent wear resistance on the Stainless Steel parts.
